Quantitative Research in Chronic Low Back Pain for the Development of a New Patient Reported Outcome Measure

Participants with Chronic Low back Pain that are either 1. taking a stable regimen of narcotics, 2. been prescribed a new narcotic pain medication or 3. Will have their dose of narcotics changed by a doctor will complete quantitative pain and medication questionnaires.  Two study visits are required.  Participants are compensated up to $125.00 for completing the two study visits. There is no study medication or clinical medical exams in this study.  Subjects only participate by answering questionnaires.
